Privacy policy

This website is built to collect as little as possible. What we do hold, you gave us by email, and you can ask for it back at any time.
What we collect
The forms on this website do not store anything on the site. They compose an email in your own email client, and you decide whether to send it. What we hold is what arrives in our inbox: typically your name, your email address, and whatever you chose to write.
Our hosting provider processes standard server logs, such as IP addresses and requested pages, to serve and secure the website.
How we use it
- To reply to you
- To keep the access list in order and send offering documents when they exist
- To evaluate a farm introduction or an institutional conversation you started
What we never do
- Sell your data
- Run advertising or advertising trackers on this website
- Send you anything unrelated to what you asked for
Who else touches it
The website is hosted on Vercel, and email is handled by our email provider. Both process data on our behalf to provide their service. If an offering proceeds, eligibility and identity checks are handled under that offering's own documents, which spell out their own data handling.
How long we keep it
As long as the conversation or the access list is live, and no longer than needed. Ask to be removed and you will be, promptly.
Your rights
Write to hello@openharvest.xyz to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Depending on where you live, the law may give you further rights, and we honor them.
Changes to this policy
This policy can change as the platform develops. The date above tells you when it last did.
