What this website is
OpenHarvest is building an investment platform around productive agricultural farms in Vietnam. This website describes the platform, the approach and the assets under work. It exists to inform, and to let interested investors, farm operators and institutions get in touch.
No offer of securities
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, in any jurisdiction. Any offering happens only through its own offering documents, only to eligible persons, and only where the law allows it. Joining the access list is not an investment, a reservation or a guarantee of allocation.

Nothing here is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. Figures drawn from third-party research describe markets, not any OpenHarvest offering, and past performance of any asset class says nothing about future results. Take your own advice before making any investment decision.

The platform is under active development. Descriptions of assets, structures and timelines reflect current intent and can change as diligence, structuring and regulation require. Where a figure is not yet set, the website says so rather than showing one.

The OpenHarvest name, mark, text and design belong to OpenHarvest or its licensors. You may read, link to and quote this website fairly. You may not copy it wholesale or present its content as your own.

This website is provided as it stands, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, OpenHarvest accepts no liability for loss arising from reliance on this website. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
